Your new role
As Head of HR for the family office, you will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with the SLT to ensure that the HR function compliments business objectives. You will have a professional, UK-based population of c50 and will ultimately be accountable for all elements of the employee lifecycle. You will be working in a commercial, professional business environment with HNW individuals.
The successful Head of HR will have a track record of delivering in an HR leadership capacity in a professional, commercial SME environment. You will be experienced in driving talent management, OD and performance management as well as be well-versed in developing culture and maintaining current HR policies. It is likely that your HR leadership experience will be supported by professional as well as relevant educational qualifications.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have recent experience of being a standalone Head of HR capacity with an SME firm with under 100 headcount, where you're responsible for end-to-end HR, ideally having been the 1st in HofHR starting up the function from scratch. Open to seeing industry backgrounds within Investment, Private Equity, Asset Management or Family Offices (High Net Wealth). Due to the nature of the role, you'll be someone who can manage end-to-end HR, from talent acquisition, employee relations and compensation cycles. This role has a strong preference for average tenures within previous employment of 4+ years, and will not be looking for profiles from a contractor work history.

Remuneration includes a base salary between £90,000 and £110,000, bonus (3 months) plus £7k cash car allowance, family medical, 5% employer pension.

International conglomerate with a significant presence in the infrastructure, travel, logistics, automotive, real estate and investment sectors. Operating globally with strong links to the UAE, based in the West End near Strand, family office that manages and oversees the diverse interests of the organisation. Established for 2 years, with AUM growth within a 5-year plan. Under 50 headcount in London, reporting in to the CEO and dotted line into Group CHRO for the parent Company.
