Your new role
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team focused on driving growth through global licencing partnerships. This role sits within the lifestyle division, covering a wide range of product categories including food, beauty, and homeware.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing strategic plans at both business and partner levels to align goals and maximise growth.
  • Leading annual and quarterly budgeting processes, using data insights and partner feedback to shape financial strategies.
  • Managing international partner relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Supporting product development strategy, including range planning, pricing structures, and retail engagement.
  • Assisting the sales team with market research and pitch preparation.
  • Collaborating with marketing to align campaign strategies with commercial objectives.
  • Working closely with finance to analyse performance and support key initiatives.
  • Overseeing a direct report to ensure brand standards and partner service levels are maintained.
  • Coordinating with legal on contract negotiations and renewals.


What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 10 years’ experience in partnership or relationship management roles.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies.
  • Experience managing budgets and interpreting market data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
