Are you an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for the next step in your career?

In your new role, you will deliver a quality service to clients in a variety of sectors across the globe and gain expertise working on high-quality and complex cases, gaining invaluable experience and the opportunity to grow your career.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assist with diverse corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions, including drafting documentation and conducting large-scale due diligence.
  • Coordinate global transactions and work closely with project teams, including solicitors, project managers, and tech experts.
  • Escalate project-specific issues to management or project partners as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and solicitors across various practice groups and jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to innovative projects that enhance efficiency and drive continual process improvement.

What you'll need to succeed


  • Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England and Wales with proven corporate experience.
  • Skilled in reviewing, analysing, and organising documentary and factual evidence, advising on risk and mitigation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Commercially aware with a "client first" service orientation.
  • High performance standards and results-driven.
  • Self-starter who is collaborative, pragmatic, and adaptable.
  • Excellent writing and organisational skills.
  • Effective at balancing work priorities and managing deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
