Your new role

Our client are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of an End-User Computing (EUC) project. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, tracking milestones, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication between teams. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Support & Coordination: Assist the project manager in planning, executing, and tracking EUC project deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Organise meetings, workshops, and progress reviews; document and distribute minutes and action items.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, update status reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and escalate issues to the project manager, providing solutions where possible.
  • Asset & Resource Management: Track project resources, including hardware/software deployments and user adoption metrics.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements related to EUC.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with EUC technologies, including Windows desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, and endpoint management tools.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in using project management tools.
  • Communication & Organisation: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Certifications (Desirable): PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or ITIL.

What you'll get in return

A contract role lasting three months initially with the potential for extension. The role is paying up to £250 per day and is outside IR35.
