The role involves delivering comprehensive company secretarial services, including both routine compliance and event-driven transactions, while ensuring the maintenance of accurate statutory records using Diligent Entities (Blueprint). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including the Companies Act and PSC legislation. They will liaise effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, manage documentation and filings, and maintain strong client relationships. Additionally, the role includes supporting business development initiatives, contributing to departmental standards and policies, assisting with ad-hoc projects, and providing cover during staff absences.
Please note, for senior-level candidates, there will also be an expectation to mentor and support junior team members.

The role demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, along with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively.
