Temporary Payroll Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis for 2-3 months initially.

Working in central London 5 days a week on-site

Duties will include;
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll within a team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
  • Handle payroll queries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • General Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records.
    • Support other Finance and HR functions as needed.
    • Dealing with queries via telephone and email.
Requirements:
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role is crucial for ensuring that employees are paid correctly and on time, and managed effectively, so strong attention to detail is critical.
