You will be joining an established and successful business in the Pershore area, who offer a range of services to companies across the UK. They are looking for an experienced, dynamic and organised Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers an immediate start.
Your new role
Working with a small and knowledgeable team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of the internal team supporting the service engineers.
Key duties include:
Efficiently scheduling and coordinating engineer's diaries
Be the primary point of contact for customers, including managing current customer queries, to maintain strong relationships.
Oversee job planning, maintenance of job sheets, and support with projects
Reporting of KPIs
Maintenance of records
- Administration tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience working with scheduling, ideally working with engineers.
- Be exceptionally organised
- Problem-solving skills
- Confident working to deadlines, being both proactive and reactive
- Tenacity to resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Confidence in delivering excellent customer service
- IT proficiency
