Your new role

• Taking minutes at formal governance meetings: Accurately documenting discussions and decisions made during meetings.
• Creating packs for governance meetings: Preparing comprehensive materials for senior audiences.
• Executive summaries: Translating multiple agenda items into concise executive summaries.
• Multitasking: Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and keeping key stakeholders, Lisa and Chrissie, updated on project progress.
• Risk management: Handling various aspects of risk management, demonstrating your experience in this area.
• Programme support: Assisting with the overall programme plan, dependency management, driving agendas, and chasing actions.

What you'll need to succeed

• PMO experience: Essential for this role, demonstrating your ability to support project management offices effectively.
• Agility and adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and changeable environment, supporting external workforce programme initiatives.
• Confidence and client-facing skills: Comfortable calling people out and engaging with clients confidently.
• Strategic thinking: Capable of building and implementing strategies autonomously.
• Strong communication skills: Effective in keeping stakeholders informed and driving project actions.
