- Has experience teaching mixed-age classes, ideally in a small school setting
- Is keen to lead on Reading and/or PSHE across the school

- Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for every child
- Has a strong understanding of the Upper KS2 curriculum and can deliver it creatively and effectively
- Is reflective, flexible and committed to continuous improvement
- Can contribute to subject leadership in Reading and/or PSHE
- Will embrace the ethos and values of our federation
