Your new role

• Operating processing and packaging equipment, including filling machines, labelling systems, and packing machinery, to ensure smooth production flow.
• Weighing, measuring, and verifying raw materials to ensure accurate batch compositions and maintain strict quality control.
• Conducting in-process sampling to monitor production integrity and product consistency.
• Following all safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and regulatory guidelines while performing routine safety checks.
• Completing and maintaining detailed quality records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining equipment and workspace cleanliness, ensuring all machinery and facilities are in proper working condition.
• Performing tasks within controlled environments, utilising Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) controls to uphold workplace safety and efficiency.
• Supporting additional production tasks as required to meet operational demand

What you'll need to succeed

• 5 GCSEs at grade C or equivalent,
• Manufacturing qualifications desirable
• General understanding of manufacturing and experience in the industry
• Strong attention to detail
