Your new role

• Allocate and manage caseloads across the team
• Track project performance and deliver regular updates to senior management
• Handle team administration including attendance, IT access, and workflow issues
• Support the team by completing due diligence reviews as needed
• Escalate high-risk or complex cases to the appropriate compliance functions

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a KYC, AML, or financial crime environment
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
