1st Line Customer Support Analyst – BPSS, End User Support
Up to £165 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella)
Primarily Remote (Must be UK Based)
3-Month contract

I am currently working with a leading UK consultancy who require an IT literate, 1st Line Customer Support Analyst with an understanding of Telephony systems to work on a 7am – 7pm shift pattern (Monday – Friday) for their end client.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Previous Customer Support / 1st Line Support / End User Support experience
  • IT Literate, ability to understand Telephony systems
  • Ability to work 8 hours on a shift pattern spanning 7am – 7pm Monday – Friday
  • BPSS eligibility
  • Immediate availability

Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Genesys systems
  • Customer-facing, EUC Support experience in a large, complex organisation
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity (on-site) if required
  • IT related Degree (or equivalent)
