We are looking for a full-time SEN Teacher to join our complex needs primary school in Nuneaton this September. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children with diverse learning needs.

About the Role:
  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the individual needs of primary-aged students.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support for each child.
  • Use a range of teaching strategies to promote communication, social interaction, and independence.
  • Monitor progress and adapt learning plans to meet the needs of each student.
About You:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children with SEND and complex needs.
  • A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passionate about inclusive education and helping children reach their potential.
