We are seeking a full-time SEN Teacher to join our specialist school in Nuneaton this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with diverse learning needs.

About the Role:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with complex needs.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Support students in developing communication, social, and life skills.
About You:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with students with SEND and complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate learning to meet individual student needs.
  • Passionate about inclusive education and student development.
