Senior Project Manager, Birmingham. consultancy, MRICS,
Your new company
You will work for a multidisciplinary construction consultancy based in the heart of Birmingham. They focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable, and innovative projects across various sectors. Their expertise spans architecture, building surveying, quantity surveying, engineering, project management, and CDM services. The projects they predominantly work with are across the housing and residential sector, however they also offer project experience in schools.
Your new role
You will work as a Project Manager based in their Birmingham team, managing large scale projects across their housing and education sector. You will manage projects from inception to completion, as well as managing clients and expanding their business. You will manage sub contractors as well as other disciplines.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a project management role, ideally within a consultancy. You will have managed projects from inception to completion, and have experience in managing multi million pound projects. Experience in education or housing is a benefit but not essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive basic salary, car allowance and bonus. They operate in a hybrid model, so would require office working 1-2 days a week.
