Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a new opportunity in the heart of Glasgow? We are seeking a Temporary Administrator to join our team, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging meetings and managing schedules efficiently
  • Providing administrative support to the Property Manager and Accounts teams
  • Handling reception duties with professionalism and a friendly approach
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to ensure a welcoming experience
  • Managing the inbox and handling email correspondence
  • Answering and directing calls with excellent communication skills
  • Conducting site visits and show rounds as required
