An interim role to manage a small re-design project for a small organisation in Oxfordshire

Your new company
You will be supporting our client through an exciting growth phase as they insert an additional level into their structure to support the next phase of their business growth. As a small organisation, this isn't expected to impact large groups or have any major complications associated, but our client would find great reassurance in the knowledge that they are in safe hands with a HR professional who has managed a variety of restructure/re-design projects independently.

Your new role
Reporting to the CEO, you will help develop the new structure for the organisation and will work on job profiling, pay benchmarking and evaluating job requirements. You will also lead on any consultation elements required to deliver the work.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong track record of working on small restructures/re-redesign projects would be highly beneficial. You will have exceptional working knowledge of both ACAS guidelines and best practice when running organisational design processes. Whilst it's not essential, previous experience of working within consultancies would be highly advantageous to give you an existing knowledge of the business structure and disciplines of the organisation.
