Mechanical Contracts Manager – M&E Contractor – Newry

A well-established and award-winning M&E Contractor based in Newry is seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team. With over 50 years of trading, this company has built a strong reputation for delivering projects across various sectors, including Education, Residential, Industrial, and Commercial.

Your new role

As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will oversee the management, monitoring, and successful delivery of Mechanical Installation Contracts for projects in Dublin, with mechanical values ranging from €100k to €2M. You will ensure that all projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards and compliance with all legal and statutory requirements. This role does not require overnight travel, making it ideal for candidates residing within a commutable distance from Newry.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in a Mechanical Contracts Management or Project Management role. You should be a time-served Plumbing & Heating Engineer with relevant mechanical trade qualifications and experience working on similar projects, along with a good understanding of building regulations.
