Working with a globally known professional services organisation, heading up all HR operations, transformation and projects.
Your new role
You'll be leading an HR Operations team, leading on all improvement, transformation and projects in addition to BAU. Projects include Systems implementation, Performance Management and HR Data reporting. Leading on all senior stakeholder relationships across the HR team and the partners within the business. Designing an effective operating model design, with constant improvement in processes, policies and procedures. You'll be leading an HR operations team, responsible for day-to-day management across the Reward, HR Operations, Compensation and Systems Analysts. You'll be responsible for pre and post M&A activity, including carve-outs and due diligence.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate experience managing global HR Programmes across a large business, having seen the same company through organisational changes over a period of time. You'll be agile, with the ability to scale up projects and deliver to partner-level stakeholders. You will have to have recent experience, i.e. (last 4 years +) of working within a professional services, or financial services company. This role requires someone to have experience of delivering system implementations HRIS, either WorkDay or SucessFactors. Due to the nature of the role, this will be a role for someone who is currently operating at a 'Director/Head of Level' with experience of leading HR Operations teams. You'll be responsible for the development of CoEs and their capabilities, i.e. Culture, Employee experience, systems, and OD.
