• Accurately process monthly tenant income, including rent, turnover rent, service charges, and utilities.
• Manage debt collection, issue statements, track overdue payments, and liaise with tenants to secure settlements.
• Monitor bank transactions, allocate payments, reconcile accounts, and engage with property accountants.
• Perform reconciliations, generate financial reports, and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth financial closing.
• Engage with accountants, leasing teams, and legal representatives to ensure financial integrity.

• Industry experience, within retail or property.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with Workday and MRI (preferred).
• Strong ownership of tasks and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
