Your new company

I am currently recruiting for a fantastic client to recruit a HR Advisor. This is initially a temporary position but with the view to go permanent down the line.
My client is based near Weybdige, but there will be (expensed) travel to sites across the UK. Travel isn't very frequent but will be part of this role.

Your new role

National UK based business, who operate within the construction space. This is a generalist HR Advisor, but there will be a focus on employee relations.

In this role you will:

  • Have updated knowledge of employment law
  • Support operations and line managers with employee relations (sickness, absence, grievances and disciplinaries)
  • Advise employees and managers on HR issues
  • Use problem solving skills to come to the best and most practical solutions
  • Work with unions

What you'll need to succeed

You will need previous HR Advisor experience, with strong ER case management. Working across multiple sites will be advantageous.

Unions experience is also preferred in this role. Strong stakeholder management is also essential.
You will need to work at pace and be highly accurate.

What you'll get in return

Up to £42,000, paid hourly.

Great work culture. There is a potential that this role can go permanent down the line.
