Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons
- Support pupils with special educational needs in their learning activities
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide one-on-one support to pupils as needed
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with SEN pupils is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
