Qualified MFL Teacher needed for Long-Term role !

MFL Teacher - Leicestershire-based

  • Start date: May 2025
  • End date: ongoing
  • Timetable: Full-time long term

Hays is working alongside a dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Leicester dedicated to fostering a love for learning and cultural appreciation. They are seeking a passionate and experienced MFL Teacher to join their team and inspire students to achieve linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
  • Teach languages and culture to students at various proficiency levels.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the language program.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Spanish or French, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Teaching certificate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment.
  • Passion for Spanish language and culture.
