Legal PA (Part-Time) – Glasgow
Up to £35k (Pro Rata) | Hybrid Working | Bonus + Benefits

Location: Glasgow
Schedule: Part-Time (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons)
Sector: Legal Support – Property/Construction (experience desirable)

The Role
As a Legal PA, you’ll play a key role in supporting fee earners with a range of administrative and organisational tasks. This is a hybrid role with just 1 day per week in the office, and remote work available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support fee earners in all aspects of their daily work
  • Manage diaries and prioritise inboxes
  • Liaise with fee earners to understand workload and priorities
  • Handle billing processes, run WIP reports, and manage credit balances
  • Process expenses and ensure accurate record-keeping

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a legal or property/construction environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and service
