Non-departmental public body based in Manchester.

Your new role

As Head of Accounts, you will be working in a key role, reporting to the Head of Shared Services. You will be responsible for leading the Professional Services operations in accordance with group policy and regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with a dynamic personality and extensive experience in a similar role within a Shared Services environment. You will have a proven history of leading large and diverse multidisciplined teams (25+) along with exceptional stakeholder management skills at a Senior level. Detailed knowledge of Shared Services subject areas and a working knowledge of Oracle is desirable. This role would be suited to candidates with a mix of Industry and Public sector backgrounds.
