A growing Technology SME are looking for a skilled HR Operations professional to join the team of 4. Reporting into the head of HR,
this role will play an integral part in ensuring smooth HR operations, driving employee engagement, and supporting organisational development.

You will manage a wide range of HR activities, including payroll & benefits, manage the day-to-day HR operations, oversee the key employee lifecycle and act as a main point of contact for all employees and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Thorough HR experience in an operations role.
• Experience in a start-up / scale-up technology business.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Be able to start at short-notice.
