Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35)
London / Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)

My client is a high profile organisation who urgently require a Business Analyst with experience in Technology and Business Change, working on requirements gathering and use case design for integrations, to join a business critical programme.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of working as a Business Analyst within both Technology and Business Change in large, complex and heavily regulated organisations
- Expertise in gathering business requirements for integrations
- Good understanding of customer journeys, customer experience and the ability to attract customers into buying a product
- Proven experience of working in an Agile environment (working in Scrum Teams etc)
- Collaborative approach to work with a positive, can-do and influential personality
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and style with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences up to C-Level in addition to report writing and story telling
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working, with ability to travel to other sites if required
Nice to have:
- Commercial awareness of supplier relationships
- Familiarity with OKRs
- Good understanding of system integration and associated tooling
- ISEB certification or equivalent
- Immediate availability
