You will collaborate closely with the Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer, assisting with the company's daily financial activities. Your new role

  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including processing invoices, expenses and bank reconciliations

  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions

  • Help manage and track subscription-based revenue and recurring invoices

  • Assist with payroll, pension and employee expense processing

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely financial reporting and data accuracy

  • Contribute to monthly close activities and support finance processes

  • Learn how Finance integrates with other departments (Sales, Customer Success etc.)


What you'll need to succeed

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge such as an understanding of accounting principles, including managing invoices and expenses

  • Familiarity with accounting software and a willingness to learn new tools

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

  • AAT is desirable

  • 2/3 years experience in a finance role
