Your new role
Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including processing invoices, expenses and bank reconciliations
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Help manage and track subscription-based revenue and recurring invoices
Assist with payroll, pension and employee expense processing
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely financial reporting and data accuracy
Contribute to monthly close activities and support finance processes
Learn how Finance integrates with other departments (Sales, Customer Success etc.)
What you'll need to succeed
Basic bookkeeping knowledge such as an understanding of accounting principles, including managing invoices and expenses
Familiarity with accounting software and a willingness to learn new tools
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
AAT is desirable
2/3 years experience in a finance role
