Corporate Tax Assistant Manager - World Leading Firm

The role:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK, including PE backed, UK listed and privately owned businesses
  • Deliver high-quality advice on various aspects of corporate tax, including tax planning, compliance, reorganisations and legal structure
  • Prepare and review complex corporate tax returns
  • Support senior management in business development initiatives
  • Mentor and support junior team members to help them grow professionally

What you'll need to succeed :

  • ACA, CTA, ACCA
  • Experience managing a corporate tax portfolio
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive in identifying business opportunities.
