A leading global investment manager specialising in quantitative and systematic strategies are seeking a detail-oriented Client Services professional to join their London-based Investor Relations team. You will assist senior team members in providing exceptional service to fund investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues on client service matters.
  • Produce, distribute, and enhance investor reports.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems, pipeline, and trade flow.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Schedule investor meetings and handle administrative tasks.
  • Address ad hoc queries from fund investors, including those related to transactions, reporting, and audits.
Your Skills:
  • Good experience in a client services role.
  • Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with offshore hedge funds (buy-side firms or consultants) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
This role offers a very competitive base salary + strong bonus and benefits, with offices in central London.
