Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Specialist to lead our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the early years curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, and fostering a positive and engaging environment for our early years students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the EYFS provision, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality early years curriculum.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and activities that support the development of young children.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of each child.
  • Provide training and support to early years staff on best practices and curriculum implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in early years education, preferably within a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young children and staff.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
