Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English and Maths Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective teaching strategies for English and Maths, ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the English and Maths departments, providing guidance and support to staff.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum plans.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
- Collaborate with other SEN professionals to create individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Engage with parents and guardians to support student learning and development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience of teaching English and Maths, preferably within a SEN setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN and inclusive education practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.
