Your new role

This commercial lawyer role will see you join a successful firm that continues to expand. You will handle a broad range of commercial work that will include commercial contracts, outsourcing agreements, franchising agreements, data protection as well as IT and IP matters. Joining a nicely sized team, you can look forward to playing a role in business development and to partnering closely with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial lawyer with 4+ years' pqe or operating up to and including Legal Director level. You should have the ability to provide pragmatic solutions for clients and will have good communication skills.
