Your New Company
Join Omegro, where people come first, and growth is a long-term strategic imperative.
As a pivotal member of our Group Leadership team, you will play an essential role in driving our strategic initiatives and sustaining our success. Founded in June 2024, Omegro is a dynamic global organisation that unites premier businesses from Volaris, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc.
We are a "buy-and-grow" acquirer of software companies, committed to being a secure, enduring home for the businesses we acquire. Our focus on sustainable growth applies not only to our portfolio but also to our teams and the value we deliver to our stakeholders.

Your New Role
As the Group Finance Director based in Belfast, you will lead financial excellence across a dynamic group of 8 business units. Working closely with the Group Leader and Group HR Director, your role is vital as you drive strong financial performance, mentor finance leads and CEOs, and support the extensive M&A growth agenda. You’ll engage in strategic business partnering, ensure impeccable financial reporting, and play a key part in the diligence and integration of new acquisitions.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proven Leadership: A successful track record in a director-level position with extensive accounting and finance experience.
  • Educational Excellence: A degree accompanied by a professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of international accounting principles, IFRS, and hands-on experience with acquisition transactions and integrations.
  • Strategic & Analytical: Ability to challenge business assumptions, optimise performance through strategic financial leadership, and proactively manage performance deviations.
  • Outstanding Communication: Excellent presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate finance strategies and results to senior stakeholders.

What You'll Get In Return
  • A Permanent, Full-Time Position: Secure your career with a role that offers continuity and advancement.
  • Dynamic Work Environment: Benefit from a flexible, hybrid working model that balances in-office collaboration with remote efficiency.
  • Career Impact: Influence key strategic decisions during significant M&A growth, drive transformation across business units, and shape the future of our finance operations.
  • Competitive Rewards: Enjoy a benefits package and remuneration that recognises your expertise and commitment to excellence.
