Your new company
A client of ours, a university based in London that specialises in Economics, is looking for a operations manager to join there already established estates team on a permanent basis. You will be working in the residental and catering services divisions (RCSD) in there brand new Residence for students which has just opened. Working alongside other major universities in London you will be apart of a core group of outstanding universities providing a quality service to students studying.

Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- The successful candidate will be expected to be onsite every day, and remote working is not something that can be regularly facilitated in this role.
- Working hours are 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, although some weekend work will be required during peak times, for example on check-in and check-out weekends.
- We are looking for a candidate with a track record as a Front of House/Operations Manager in a student hall of residence or hotel.
- Proven experience of managing a team in a customer facing environment
- Experience of using Property Management System
- Ability to adhere and implement Health and Safety procedures and legislation (e.g. PEEPs, Fire Safety, First Aid, Major Incident Response Plan) in a residential setting.
