Project Accountant role for a large manufacturing business
Your new company
This organisation has recently been through large-scale transformation, and they are currently one of the largest manufacturing companies in the region. As a result of an internal promotion, they are currently looking for a Project Accountant to join the finance team to support the future growth of the business.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for the financial elements of any new projects and programmes across the business. This will include responsibility for the balance sheet, ensuring the accounting of capital costs is properly accounted for. You will control and report all project launch costs, preparing a detailed monthly cost analysis to develop accurate forecasting. You will present this analysis to the leadership team and key stakeholders across the business to ensure margin is protected. You will also provide cost accounting expertise for the manufacturing operations.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally qualified, or QBE, you will have demonstrable finance experience from a manufacturing business. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
