Customer Service Executive job, 6-month FTC job in Wednesbury, up to £26,000 annual salary equivalent.
Your new company
You will be joining a people-orientated and dynamic manufacturing business in Wednesbury to support their customer service function, for a 6-month contract.
Your new role
A key part of the business, responsible for customer satisfaction and delivery of company values and policies, key duties are:
- Handling inbound calls from customers, offering excellent customer service
- Informing and updating customers via phone and email
- Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Complaint handling and escalating complaints where necessary
- Processing customer orders
- Inputting customer account details into the CRM, updating where required
- Administrative support
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in customer service
Ideally, manufacturing industry experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
