Multi Trade Carpenter - Petersfield - £23.70 p/h Umbrella + Van - Temp to Perm Opportunity
Your new company
You will be working for a housing association on social housing repairs. The role is a temp to perm opportunity with the permanent role paying £37,425 + Van and excellent benefits including 28 days holiday.
Your new role
- carrying out carpentry repairs and installations to our properties in an efficient and effective manner,
- ensuring that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our customers.
You will be on call - 1 in around 8 weeks - Where you will be paid a £157 p/w standby and £55.42 fix first attendance.
You will need a full driving license
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced carpenter and multi trader who ideally has social housing experience and property maintenance.
