Your new role

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for property management? We're looking for a Head of Lettings & Property Management to take the reins of our client's East Belfast branch, drive business growth, and lead a high-performing team to success.
As the Head of Lettings & Property Management, you'll spearhead their portfolio expansion, ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding service to clients. You'll oversee team performance, compliance, and profitability while implementing strategies that enhance market share and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute growth plans to expand the lettings and property management portfolio.
  • Operational Management – Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
  • Team Leadership – Mentor and manage property managers, negotiators, valuers, and support staff.
  • Business Development – Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding services.
  • Compliance & Regulations – Ensure adherence to legal and industry regulations, including tenancy laws and property standards.
  • Customer Experience – Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.
  • Financial Performance – Monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to optimise profitability.


What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, including GCSE English and Maths at grades A-C. With experience in a similar role, they will bring a confident, professional approach and a drive to succeed. Key qualities for success in this role include:

  • Proven leadership experience in lettings and property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Access to your own car and a full, clean driving licence.
