Administrator | Temporary | Office-Based

I am working with a client who is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team for a short-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to sample requests via phone and email.
  • Collate and distribute samples with precision and efficiency.
  • Order shade cards and sample stock as needed.
  • Process shade card orders through our carrier's system and ensure their timely distribution.
  • Monitor, store, and manage stock levels effectively.
  • Create and generate labels for tiles, including new labels for newly launched colours or ranges.
  • Distribute samples to various recipients with accuracy.
  • Maintain a detailed log of all sample distributions.
Working Hours:
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch break).
Skills and Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to a basic to good standard.
  • Excellent telephone manner to handle customer enquiries.
