Assistant Credit Controller Role – £28K + Salary

Your New Role

We are looking for a Credit Controller with some experience in the profession to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of multiple developments, proactively chasing outstanding arrears, executing pre-legal processes, and liaising with third-party debt collection agencies. Additionally, you will ensure accurate rent demands, assist with direct debit transactions, and provide essential support to tenants who may be at risk.
Your responsibilities will also extend to administrative tasks within Salesforce, ensuring financial records remain accurate and up to date.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Some prior experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
  • Advanced Excel skills and IT literacy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with residents and stakeholders
  • Experience with debt recovery processes is essential.
  • Familiarity with Access Dimensions and Salesforce (preferred but not required)
