Business Change Readiness Lead - Japanese Bank - £500-£550pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella

A leading Japanese Investment Bank is currently seeking an experienced Business Change Readiness Lead to join their London-based office within the Business Change Authority team. The client is currently establishing a new IT Asset Company and requires support with the delivery and oversight of business readiness activities across multiple departments.

Job Details:
Start date – ASAP
Duration – 12 months initial
Rate – £500-£550pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Location – London
Hybrid – 3 days in the office per week


Key requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Change Lead, Business Analyst, or similar role in large-scale transformation projects

  • Experience within financial services is essential.

  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience leading business functions to understand and document requirements and impacts related to process/system migrations.

  • Ability to translate business input into structured documentation and impact assessments.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
