UK Sales Director, Food & Beverages, London, £80,000 + Bonus, Hybrid-Working, Immediate Start!

Our client, an exciting Food & Beverage business whom are on a mission to replicate their overseas success in the UK, are looking to recruit a well-connected, experienced F&B Sales candidate to drive new business in this country. Working on a hybrid basis (Central London space) with full autonomy of your own diary, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate to really launch an amazing brand in the UK!

Our client have been established for close to 30 years, and have enjoyed incredible success across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa – with products available in over 50 countries across these 4 continents. Products cover beverages, snacks and dairy, and their range is aimed at meeting everyday needs and desires for their dedicated customer base. As they are now looking to unleash into the UK market, initially focusing on their flagship juice/ice tea product, they are seeking the perfect candidate to drive new business. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing new business with major UK Grocers/Supermarkets, in addition to smaller Wholesale/Independents
- Managing/owning client relationships once closed
- Exceeding sales/revenue targets
- Upselling different products into existing clients
- Identifying potential areas for future growth
- Conducting regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction/growth
- Completing competitor analysis to ensure at the forefront of market

In order to be considered for the role, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience of developing new business/owning client relationships within the UK Grocery market (primarily non-alcoholic beverages)
- Incredible network/black book of connections to potentially tap into
- Proven track record of exceeding sales/revenue targets
- Genuine desire to earn additional money in bonuses/commission
- Confident/consultative approach when liaising with external client base
- Fantastic communication skills
- Fun, sociable personality
