Your new company

Our client provides support and services in the Cheshire Area in the public sector, they are looking for an Assistant Accountant to start immediately on a temp assignment on a 6months assignment with the potential to extend.

Your new role
You will be responsible for BAU tasks while the current team are completing a new finance system implementation, including reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, reporting and a nalysis of variances.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have:

• Part qualified ACCA / CIMA or AAT Qualified/ QBE

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Preparation of management accounts

• Ability to analyse

• Excel: pivot table / vlook ups

• Public Sector Experience (Desirable)
