Bid Coordinator Opportunity Available - London - up to £45k

Location: London - Hybrid

Working hours: 9am–5pm
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum


Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for a Bid Coordinator who will report to the Head of Quality. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for administration associated with bid and sales processes, including portal management, mailbox management and the completion of PQQ, RFI and basic ITT documents. The Bid Coordinator will carry out their duties accurately and at pace, working across multiple deadlines, in a consistently busy and deadline-driven environment.

You will work closely and collaboratively with the bid team, sales team and operational colleagues to ensure oversight of all administrative tasks associated with the bid process, as well as administration and daily management of the shared bid team mailboxes to ensure all correspondence is dealt with swiftly.

Other responsibilities include:
  • Support with tender administration, including acting as a first point of review of tender advertisements and liaison with the Sales teams to establish their interest in opportunities identified.
  • Supporting with the management of team activity trackers.
  • Implement governance procedures and processes associated with Bid Team activity.
  • Assist with, and lead, the completion of standard information documents at all stages of the bid lifecycle, including submissions.
  • Support compliance with internal audit and governance standards.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent coordination and organisational skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience and / or understanding of bid management disciplines and procedures

  • The ability to communicate and influence stakeholders up to senior levels

  • Strong written English language skills

  • Proficient MS Office Skills

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a bid / administrative role.
