Your new company

A popular global fashion retailer based in North London, is seeking an interim Accounts Payable to join this dynamic team.

Your new role

• High volume invoice processing (circa 50 per day)
• Monitoring AP and finance inboxes
• Pick out invoices for approval, enter into Xero
• Request approval from relevant depts
• Check correct VAT is applied (multi-currency, mainly GBP, USD, EUR)
• Entering new suppliers on system
• Assisting the Accounts Assistant with preparation of twice-weekly payment runs
• Adding credit notes into the system
• Assist with the implementation of Yooz - AP implementation tool - support with the roll-out - go live mid-May

What you'll need to succeed

• High volume invoice processing
• Multi-currency experience (with understanding of different VAT rates)
• Xero experience (advantageous, not essential)
• Open to industry (although retail would be advantageous)
• Recent and relevant experience
