Talent Acquisition Partner -Central Functions

A leading global quantitative and systematic investment manager is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their expanding team in London. This firm operates across all liquid asset classes, utilising a scientific, data-driven approach to investing. Their culture of innovation and continuous improvement drives them to deliver high-quality returns for their investors.

Your Future Role:

  • Handle the complete recruitment process for Central Functions positions, from job posting to successful onboarding and integration.
  • Work alongside hiring managers to outline role requirements, formulate recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Conduct interviews, assess CVs, arrange schedules, and manage the recruitment process to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Proactively source candidates and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, acting as the primary contact.
  • Regularly review and improve recruitment procedures and employer branding to attract and engage top talent.
  • Guarantee a positive and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

Your Present Skillset:

  • Extensive recruitment experience, ideally beginning in an agency before moving in-house.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across teams.
  • Proven track record in managing both direct sourcing and third-party recruiter relationships.
  • Proficient with ATS platforms, particularly Greenhouse or similar tools.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-performance, and evolving environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
