RPA Business Analyst - £315 p/d Inside IR35

Here at Hays we are currently working with a client who are offering a 12-month rolling contract (4-year plan) for an RPA Business Analyst responsible for identifying, assessing and documenting automation opportunities and reporting on key force/automation benefits and maintaining process documentation.

• £315 p/d inside IR35
• Remote working with occasional travel to London
• 12-to-24-month initial contract (likely extension up to 4 years)

Experience required:
We are looking for Business Analysts in the RPA space with 1–3 years worth of experience ideally.

• Ability to analyse processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Ability to clearly document processes and benefits.
• Strong communication skills for walkthroughs, workshops, and upskilling.
• Ability to collaborate well with stakeholders and team members.
• Understanding of RPA concepts and tools for automation identification and documentation.
• Ability to lead in discovery workshops and deliver in cross-functional team settings
• Proven track record of detailed process design and definition, preferably for RPA
• Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on requirement gathering and process automation documentation
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation technology e.g. BluePrism, UI Path
