• At least five GCSEs or equivalent, including a minimum of C/4 Grade in Maths and English.
• Minimum Level 3 vocational training/qualification in the care, development, and education of children.
• Previous experience of caring for, or working with children in a voluntary or paid capacity.

• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and effective learning activities for KS1 students.
• Support the class teacher in managing the classroom and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Monitor and record children's progress and development.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
