Temporary receptionist

Temporary Receptionist Needed
North Bristol
2–3 Months
Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required.
What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Immediately available to work as this is a temporary role.
